This is my attempt at entering into the blogging world! This is all quite new to me, being on this end of the blog, so please bear with me as I try to figure all of this out!
My goal for this blog is to share my scrapbook pages and cards as I create them. I am often inspired by fellow scrapbookers and card makers and would love to be able to in turn inspire someone else! This craft is always evolving into bigger and better things and I love to learn new techniques as they come up! So, as I learn new things, I will pass them on to you and hopefully you will pass them on to someone else.
I made this card the other day using a sketch from the Splitcoast Stampers sketch challenge, sc203. I thought it was a pretty sweet sketch and knew that I needed to give it a try.
All supplies that were used to make this card are Close to my Heart (ctmh). The paper is from the Perfect Day Level 2 paper pack. The adorable turtle is from the stamp set Fun Times and the flowers are from the stamp set Dream Big. I used Cocoa CS and ribbon and the brads are Sorbet. I used Prisma Glitter for the dots on the inside of the flowers and the turtles spots. The turtle’s eye is a bitty sparkle from ctmh’s sparkles.
