I would like to introduce you to Supermom! Isn’t she just SUPER cute? She will be available to purchase on Wednesday April 1st over at InStyle Stamps. For another sneak peak and to see what’s happening over at InStyle Stamps this week, visit the blog!
I have to tell you that I actually had a hard time trying to figure out how I wanted to color her Super outfit. I ended up doing a search for Super Hero costumes and decided on leaving her legs bare, therefore we have a sexy Supermom!!
Once I had her coloring down, I knew exactly which papers I was going to use for the card! I pulled out my CTMH Blue Ribbon paper pack and started playing. The background was made with my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder and Outdoor Denim ink was swiped over the top and the edges.
I used my Copic markers to color the image, although it turned out ok, I know that it could look better if I would learn how to shade! I had just finished coloring the image and was getting ready to adhere the paper to the Outdoor denim mat when I smudged the White Daisy CS that Supermom was on. SOOOO I cut out Supermom and pop dotted her onto another piece of CS.
This is the sketch that I followed to create my card. I love the sketches that the Mojo Monday blog provides each week and try to play along when I can.

Great card Jen… I did this same sketch and I had to chuckle reading your post as mine says something similar…I was coloring with copics and screwed it up lol. So I had to cut out my image and pop dot it.
Totally love Supermom! She looks great. Great choice of paper.
