I ended up going back to the Whole Lot of Lovely DSP for this card because I just LOVE the colors and patterns in this paper pack with the This Little Piggy stamp set!! SO stinking cute!! Not to mention the Pinewood Planks embossing folder is the PERFECT compliment to it all!! Did I mention how much I am loving this new embossing folder??!! LOL Even though Crumb Cake is NOT one of the colors featured in the Whole Lot of Lovely DSP, I thought it was a good match with the Soft Suede card base.
Is it just me, or did the background on the stitched oval come out beautifully? I sponged Pear Pizzazz and Pool Party just using a round sponge that has been divided into 4 pieces. After I sponged the background, I used the new Embossing Paste and Pattern Party Decorative Masks to create the puffy clouds. Right after applying the embossing paste, I added Dazzling Diamonds Stamping’ Glitter over the top. It dries fairly quickly and the glitter sticks to it!!
