Today’s card was inspired by a fellow demonstrator Jen Floyd and the MFT Sketch 362. It’s been a while since I have pulled out the Lift Me Up bundle to play with. But after seeing a card that Jen posted that was similar to the sketch I was working on, I decided to pull out the set and play around with it. I’m LOVING the Color Theory DSP as of late, so of course had to add it to this card. It feels like a sky in the background for the clouds and balloons to float over. The clouds are not popped, although they look like they might be. I just used a large glue dot in the center of each one so they were not adhered flat onto the card. I did pop the scalloped circles AND the balloons as well. The Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes gave just the right finishing touch that this card needed.

A great card design Jen, I am also using the MFT Sketches when I need some inspiration for an overall design. I am extremely proud of you Jen for not using a ribbon or Wink of Stella on this particular project. As you said, it did not need it, it is brilliant without and you have a little glimmer with the embellishments anyway. :O)
This is one of my all time favorite stamp sets, and I had completely forgotten about it. If you don’t mind, I would love to Case this card the next time I have my friends over to play! Love it.
OH me too Angie!! Funny how all the new and shiny comes out and we forget about the awesome classics that are still sitting in our stash. Need to revisit them more often! Of course I don’t mind!! Case away!!
