Today’s card is card #3 that my card class will be making in the month of March using the Flying Home stamp set. The sentiment came from the Thankful Thoughts stamp set, but you can use whichever sentiment that works for you. I used Archival Basic Black ink to stamp both the image and the sentiment and used Stampin’ Write Markers to color the image in. Of course, I brushed on some Clear Wink of Stella after coloring to give it a bit of sparkle! I embossed the Crumb Cake CS using one of the two embossing folders that come in the Petal Pair embossing folder set that is featured in the Occasions Catalog. To finish the card, I used some of the gorgeous Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon along with a doily from the Whisper White Doilies.
